This Shipping Policy outlines how OLONO manages order preparation, carrier handoff, and tracking information for our customers in Singapore. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent delivery process from checkout to your doorstep. All product pricing and checkout totals are processed in USD.
The store treats our stainless steel vegetable peelers as a highly focused product group. Accordingly, all shipping, tracking, and post-sale logistics are managed directly through our integrated system based on exact product listings and order records.
1. Delivery Timeframe & Cut-Off
We work diligently to ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible. Please review our standard processing and transit schedules below:
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (SGT - Singapore Standard Time), Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Handling / Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday - Friday). This includes order verification, product quality inspection, packing, and sorting before carrier handoff.
- Transit Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday - Friday). This is the duration from the carrier's sorting facility to your delivery address.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 16 Business Days.
*Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders requiring additional shipping address verification may experience slight processing delays.
2. Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping ($0.00 USD) on all orders delivered within Singapore. There is no minimum purchase required. The shipping field at checkout will automatically display 0.00 USD for standard delivery.
3. Eligible Delivery Areas
Currently, we exclusively serve and ship to addresses within Singapore.
We do not ship to international destinations outside Singapore, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO). A complete and precise physical shipping address is required at checkout. Customers are kindly requested to verify their street address, unit or apartment number, postal code, and mobile contact details before submitting payment.
4. Shipping Methods & Couriers
We partner with premier international and local courier networks—including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and SingPost (Singapore Post)—to ensure secure, trackable, and safe delivery of your items.
Orders containing multiple items or multi-piece peeler sets may occasionally be dispatched in separate packages if required for optimal packaging protection or carrier sorting. Split shipments arranged by OLONO will never incur any extra shipping charges.
5. Kitchen Peeler Packing Notes
Every OLONO parcel undergoes a strict manual check for blade format, handle finish, piece count, and protective padding before handing over to the carrier. Slim peelers are inspected for smooth swivel blade action, wide-head peelers for structural alignment, and two-piece sets to ensure both styles are securely enclosed.
Please note that your shipment contains only the specific stainless steel peeler or peeler set ordered. Environmental produce (potatoes, carrots, etc.), cutting boards, chef knives, or other culinary items displayed in lifestyle images are for demonstration context only and are not included in the package.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed to the courier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can monitor your package via our on-site Order Tracking page or directly through the courier's official tracking portal.
If you encounter transit delays or suspect parcel damage, please email support@olono.shop with your order number and tracking number. For packages damaged in transit, please include photos of the exterior package and the product's physical components (blade head, handle finish) so we can quickly arrange a replacement.
