PEELER SUPPORT RECORDS

When customers contact OLONO about stainless peelers, support messages may include blade style, handle finish, hanging hole condition, package count, delivery packaging, return reason, or product-condition photos. These details are used to answer the order question, verify what was purchased, review damage or missing pieces, and keep a written support record.

OLONO does not require cooking history, diet details, household meal plans, kitchen photos, or recipe preferences to process a peeler order. If customers mention potatoes, carrots, apples, zucchini, or other produce, that information is treated only as ordinary product-support context.

PRODUCT PHOTOS SENT TO SUPPORT

Photos submitted for peeler support should focus on physical product details: blade edge, swivel head, strip teeth, handle finish, hanging hole, package count, label, or damaged area. Customers may crop out unrelated kitchen surfaces, people, or personal household details before sending support images.
