At OLONO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy sets out how we handle eligible returns, exchange requests, return labels, inspections, and refunds for our stainless steel vegetable peelers sold on olono.shop to our customers in Singapore. Our transactions and refunds are processed in USD.
Our company, BRAN RETAIL FOODS PTY LTD, manages all orders and returns. Our goal is to keep the process simple and helpful, from browsing through delivery and any after-sale questions. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we accept exchanges when the requested replacement item is available.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer law.
2. Return Condition & Eligibility
Product condition accepted for return: New only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, complete, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items showing misuse, unauthorized changes, improper care, or ordinary wear may be declined unless required by law.
For stainless steel vegetable peelers, approval decisions consider whether the item is clean, unused, and returned with the original packaging. We strictly review returns for clean blade surfaces, complete package count, intact handle finish, hanging hole condition, and whether the tool has been used on produce. Items do not qualify as new-only returns if they show peel residue, food stains, water marks from washing, scratches from drawer storage, bent blade edges, or missing pieces, unless the issue is a verified delivery defect, wrong item, or transit damage.
3. Return Process & Return Address
To start a return, please contact us by mail at support@olono.shop. To initiate a return review, please send one clear message including the following details:
- Order number
- Checkout email address
- Item name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos or videos (especially useful when the item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the order, such as a wrong blade style, missing peeler, or damaged package showing the blade head, handle, or package label).
If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label as a digital file via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees
- Return Shipping Fees: Free. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, or for any accepted returns within our 30-day window, OLONO will bear the return shipping costs and provide a free pre-paid return label via email.
- Restocking Fee: $0.00. No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of any product.
5. Refund Timeframe
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we submit it.
6. Exchanges and Cancellations
- Exchanges: Exchanges may be arranged when inventory is available and the return meets the stated requirements. If a replacement cannot be provided, an approved refund will be issued.
- Cancellations: Customers may request an order cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped. Once the item has shipped, the standard return process applies.
